Shipping policy
Our website automatically generates a tracking notification when we mark the order "shipped." We aim to ship orders Mon-Fri within 1-3 business days. Please note some orders may take up to 5 days to ship depending on the number of orders pending.
We ship high value items via expedited services including:
Domestic: FedEx 2Day (recommended), USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express and UPS 2nd Day Air. We may include USPS Ground Advantage service for other items.
International: Not offered
Shipping service availability is determined by the carrier via Shopify. Not all services are available to all addresses. We reserve the right to offer and alter shipping services on an item by item basis to ensure the best possible likelihood of delivery with the least amount of travel time.

If your tracking status is "delivered," but you don't have the package:
- Check with your family members and/or the pile of mail in your hallway. I have had "lots" of people contact me about a missing package that was (in fact) inside their home :)
- Contact your mail carrier (the actual human that delivers your mail) because going through official USPS channels will take forever. The longer you wait, the less likely they will remember your package. The USPS requires mail carriers to scan your package "at the time of delivery," so if it says "delivered" then it was delivered somewhere. Please hold them accountable. We assume responsibility for the shipment until it's marked delivered. Once the package is marked delivered we release liability.
- Double Check the "Ship to Address" on your order If you provide us with the wrong address we cannot guarantee delivery.
- Check with your neighbors. Honestly it's a miracle anything arrives anywhere considering the logistics involved. If your package was misdelivered, it's probably happened before. Check with the person who had it last time :)
If your tracking status is "in transit":
- Due to current events, international and domestic shipping delays have occurred. We're sorry your package is taking longer than expected.
- Mail that is undeliverable due to "insufficient address" will remain in the shipping network until returned to us. Please double check the address on your order to ensue all information is available to the carrier (even if you've received orders without issue in the past).
- We often find that when a package does not appear to be moving through the network, it's often due to a delay and the initial carrier is not receiving an update from a partner carrier. In this case, the package may be found as moving with additional research. Email us at info@ti2design.com with your order number and a request for additional tracking. Carriers may take up to 7 days to provide us with information. Please feel assured that we will take all available actions to get this shipment delivered to you as soon as possible. As soon as we have an update from our courier, we will be in contact with you.
- If a package appears to be moving through the network with recent activity (within the last 5 business days) but is taking longer than expected, there may have been delays that did not get recorded by a carrier. We're sorry your package was delayed but confident the package will continue to move through the network.
If your tracking status is "delayed":
- In the event your package shows as delayed, the carrier is aware of the delay and is doing their best to get your package moving again. Packages with delayed status generally return to moving within the network in a reasonable amount of time. Inclement weather and mechanical failure are often the reason for delays and the carrier needs time to get caught up.
